1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing dynamicittech.com or engaging Dynamic ITech (Dynamic ITech) for services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services
Specific project scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal, quote or contract agreed in writing between Dynamic ITech and the client. These general Terms apply alongside that agreement.
3. Quotes and Payment
Quotes are estimates based on the information provided at the time and may be revised if project scope changes. Payment terms (deposits, milestones, final payment) are specified in the project agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. Dynamic ITech retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content and access needed to complete a project, and for the accuracy of information supplied.
6. Third-Party Services
Projects may rely on third-party platforms, APIs or hosting providers (e.g. Hostinger, payment gateways, Google services). Dynamic ITech is not responsible for the availability or policies of third-party services outside our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, Dynamic ITech's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement as set out in the specific project agreement. Fees for work completed up to termination remain payable.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of Dubai.
